Healthy Tips

These 5 will help you at health differently and are going to be huge benefits in your new start.

Tips 1 - Water consumption MUST go up, up, up! Ok you've heard the old adage about around 8 x 8oz glasses of water a t day ? Well I think that is minimum, especially if you are working out intensely.

Your body needs water more than anything else you can put in your mouth! But so many times people don't bother. They work out, sweat and then maybe sip a sports drink or even worse a soda or frizzy drink etc.

Tip 2 - You need to sleep and its gets even more important as you get older. At least 8 hours a night will do you the most good. Your body repairs and recovers in sleep so make sure you give your body a chance. Also try to limit any light sources, Bright led alarm clocks or night lights can actually affect the quality of your sleep. You should try to sleep in a as near pitch black as possible.

Tip 3 - Get Outside! Its a fact that in our society today most people are getting too little sun. Sun actually increases valuable and highly beneficial vitamin D in our bodies. This vitamins is a true miracle vitamin. Helping everything from weight loss to mental mood, depression etc. Studies showed that suicide rates in Europe during winter time when it is notoriously darker earlier actually went up.So get up, allow yourrself to get your skin a little pink and exposed ( don't burn of course)

Tip 4- Chill out... I know some people will say "how can I chill out? i have kids, work, job, a list of chores a mile long.....blah blah. I've seen and know some of the busiest people who also live a life that seems like most laid black and relaxed. And it all comes down to prioritizing and actually telling your self you NEED to relax and find time for your self on your health WILL suffer. Get out on dates, go to outdoors things... just do things for your self and don't feel guilty. You need to understand the value of relaxation for both your sanity and your healthy fir body and mind.

Tips 5 - Don't over train. For example an average person - If they train to correct intensity - they can can train 3-4 times a week, for around 30 minutes a time and get incredible results(with sensible diet and also regular hydration and the right type of workouts/training

Tip 5- Eat well, proper diet and proper nutrition of foods, don't feed your body too large amount of fat, unhealthy fat and saturated fat. instead,  avoid eating fats,  it makes you prone to level up your cholesterol. Eat vegetables and fruits which are riches in vitamins.

Cheers and i'll be back and bring some latest healthy tips
